1. Acceptance of terms

By using nolopulse.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nolopulse is a brand operated by LNL Media LLC. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who may order

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Our products are dietary supplements, not medicines. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you take medication, are pregnant or nursing, or have a medical condition, consult your doctor before use.

3. Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We may correct pricing errors and limit quantities. Availability is not guaranteed until your order is accepted.

4. Order acceptance and cancellation

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a confirmation or dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if we suspect fraud or if an item is unavailable — and will refund you in full if we do. You can request a change or cancellation by emailing support@nolopulse.com before the order ships.

5. Subscription terms

• If you select Subscribe & Save, you are enrolling in a recurring order at a 15% discount.
• You are charged and shipped every 30 days, automatically, until you cancel. Billing continues at the then-current subscription price.
• You can cancel or skip in one click from your account area. There is no phone call and no retention process.
• A cancellation takes effect for all future charges, provided it is made before your next billing date. Orders already processed are handled under our refund policy.
• We will email you before each renewal where required by law. Billing cadence and price are shown at the point of selection, before you pay.

6. Intellectual property

The Nolopulse name, logo, site content, images and copy are owned by LNL Media LLC and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts of [JURISDICTION_VENUE].
